SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
2. Program Description
Inherently Mine LLC offers SMS communications to individuals who voluntarily provide a mobile phone number and explicitly consent via an unchecked checkbox on our website form.
Our website includes separate optional consent checkboxes for:
Marketing SMS messages
Non-marketing (transactional and service-related) SMS messages
Non-marketing messages may include responses to rental inquiries, booking confirmations, check-in/check-out instructions, property access information, service notifications, and other customer support communications related to a requested service or active booking.
Marketing messages, if separately consented to, may include service updates, promotions, or business announcements.
Message frequency varies based on user interaction and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not send SMS messages without prior express consent. We do not send unsolicited or cold messages.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and selecting one or more SMS consent checkboxes, you expressly authorize Inherently Mine LLC to send SMS messages to your mobile number in accordance with your selected consent preferences.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or booking.
If a phone number is not provided or a consent checkbox is not selected, no SMS messages will be sent.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
5. Re-Enrollment
If you previously opted out, you may re-enroll by submitting a new form and selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox.

9. Supported Carriers

10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enroll in SMS communications. By submitting a form or opting into communications, you represent that you are 18 years or older.

Our AI receptionist services are designed to assist with communication management for rental hosts. Service availability, features, and performance may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
15. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms or booking services. We are not responsible for the policies, terms, or performance of third-party providers.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inherently Mine LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or services.
17. Indemnification
